Half of Eryn’s career has been spent in dealership sales positions, including Salesperson, Internet Director, F&I Manager, and Sales Manager. The second half of her career she has supported Penske dealerships achieve their sales goals while enhancing the customer experience. Eryn is passionate about efficient sales operations management. She specializes in crafting effective communication to help salespeople connect with their clients and influence purchasing decisions.

Preston Gilbert

Bringing over 10 years’ experience managing & training Fixed Ops departments across the country, Preston now joins Penske Automotive in a grassroots position for the organization. With expertise in Fixed Ops Directing, Service Management, Service Advising, Parts & Inventory Management, Express Service, and Technician Training, his passion lies in teaching others to achieve new heights and build rewarding careers.
